Getting started

Starting a restaurant

Formaitre is invite-only for now. If you have an access code, open any Formaitre app, create your account, choose "Start a restaurant" and enter the code. If you don't have one, choose "Request access" in the app.

Joining your team

Ask a manager for a join code for the app you need (each app has its own). Enter it in the app; a manager approves your request and picks your role.

Your account

I didn't get the confirmation email

Check your spam folder, then use "Resend" in the app. The email has a button and a 6-digit code; you can use either. Both expire after 1 hour.

I forgot my password

Choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. The email lets you reset it with the button or by typing the code in the app.

Deleting your account

Open Settings in any Formaitre app and choose "Delete account". If you're the only Admin of a restaurant, make someone else an Admin (or delete the restaurant) first.
